Encellin wins American Diabetes Association HealthTech Leaders Showcase 2017!
The American Diabetes Association's 22nd Annual Leaders Forum HealthTech Showcase is an opportunity to network with over 400 Bay Area biotech, venture capital and investment banking executives. The HealthTech Showcase features start-up ventures in the life science and digital health arenas. Around 100 companies submitted for the competition, 10 companies were selected for the semi-finals, 3 selected to present at the ADA and 1 winner (Encellin!!).

Encellin selected to be a MedTech Innovator 2017 Showcase Company!
The 50 companies were chosen from nearly 600 applicants to the 2017 MedTech Innovator competition. They will present during 11 interactive sessions on a special stage in The MedTech Conference exhibit hall, with each session featuring four or five companies under a common technology theme. The Showcase companies also benefit from scholarships for full-access registration to the conference and use of MedTech Connect partnering to set up valuable meetings.
Encellin wins the MedTech Innovator Award!
On April 6th, MedTech Innovator hosted its second San Francisco Pitch Event at JLABS @ SSF. The event featured pitches from pre-selected companies as well as networking and a panel highlighting MedTech Innovator success stories. Judges included investors, providers, and senior executives from medtech companies such as Johnson & Johnson, BD, Baxter, and many others, award one winner with a place in the MedTech Innovator Showcase which includes one presentation slot and full access registration to The MedTech Conference Powered by AdvaMed. Additionally, this event serves as a critical step in selecting the MedTech Innovator Accelerator Class of 2017.
Encellin joins the FAST CLSI Advisory Program
FAST Bay Area launched in Fall 2013 and is housed at the CLSI offices in South San Francisco. FAST Bay Area cycles have generated over 3400 advisory hours valued at over $890,000 for the 34 companies who have been through the program. Since participating in FAST, these companies have raised over $197 million and created 145 new jobs, more than doubling their workforce. Eleven of these companies have secured Series A investments, 6 have concluded strategic partnerships and 2 have successfully exited
